Mr. Moir is an international business development and market access specialist. A recognised authority on international private banking, tax planning and corporate services with a dedicated academic interest in security, transnational crime, tax havens and the future of international financial centres.

Born in Bermuda and now resident in The Bahamas. Mr. Moir was educated in Edinburgh, Merchiston, Toronto, York University, London School of Economics, Paris, Sorbonne and Sciences Po. College of Insurance and Lloyds' of London. He is currently conducting research via the Institute of Criminal Justice at the University of Portsmouth.

Mr. Moir's career has included senior positions in Private Banking, insurance broking, Family offices, corporate services and consulting in many jurisdictions and sectors.

Among other positions he holds, he is also a Director/Board member of The London Chamber of Commerce, a Liveryman of The Worshipful Company of World Traders, Ambassador of The Women's international shipping and trading association WISTA, Founder of The Friends of The Bahamas and Ambassador of The Sovereign Group.
