Terry Hodges is an insurance professional with over forty years of experience in the London and African insurance and reinsurance markets. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Chartered Insurance Practitioner.

Since 1984, Mr. Hodges has been the Chairman of Rickard Lazenby © Co., a major British Insurance Broker. He along with the Chairman of Suez Grinday & Co., Mr. Nair, was the co-founder of British Caucasian Insurance Co. Ltd, the first post-soviet insurance company in the Republic of Georgia.

Apart from the London Markets, Mr. Hodges has also been very active in Nigeria and Kenya.

In Nigeria he was the founder of Fountain Insurance brokers, today one of Nigeria's largest independent insurance broking companies. He also set up Corporate Risk Insurers Ltd., which later merged with Hallmark Insurance to become one of the largest Nigerian insurance companies listed on the Lagos Stock Exchange.

Mr. Hodges was also the President of the Nigerian Independent Insurance Brokers Associations.
